Psalms, 55

1. Unto the end. For the people who have become far removed from the Sacred. Of David, with the inscription of a title, when the Philistines held him in Gath.

Psalm 59:9: "But I will sing your strength; in the morning I will praise your mercy with joy; for you have my high refuge, and protection on the day of my anguish." David praises God for his strength and mercy, recognizing that He is his refuge and protection in the midst of distress.
