7. They have set a trap for my feet; my soul is bowed down; They have dug a pit before me. May they fall into it themselves! Selah

Psalm 57 is a prayer of David when he fled from Saul and hid in a cave. He calls for God for help and protection, recognizing that only He is able to save Him.
