1 Chronicles, 13

6. Then David and all Israel went up to Baalah, to Kiriath-jearim in Judah, to bring up the ark of God which bears the name of Yahweh who is seated on the Cherub.

Proverbs 28:13: "Which covers your transgressions will never prosper, but what confesses them and will reach mercy." When Uzzá touched the ark of the covenant, he was disobeying God. Leviticus 10:3: "And Moses said to Aaron, This is what the Lord said, saying, I will be sanctified in those who come to me and be glorified before all the people."
