Ezekiel, 21

12. When they say to you, 'Why are you groaning?' you will answer: 'Because of what will happen; when you hear of it, every heart will melt, every hand become limp, every spirit will be faint and knees shall be as weak as water.' It is to happen; it has come, word of the Lord Yahweh."

Ezekiel 21 is a chapter that deals with God's judgment against Jerusalem and the sword of God that will be used to execute his judgment. Jeremiah 23:24: "Will anyone hide in hiding places, so that I do not see him? In this verse, God talks about His omnipresence and how He sees everything. In Ezekiel chapter 21, God is observing the situation in Jerusalem and planning his action as the omnipresent and omniscient god.
