Jeremiah, 23

14. But among the prophets of Jerusalem I have likewise seen horrors: for they are adulterers and liars! They encourage the evildoers so that none of them turns away from wickedness. For me all of them are like Sodom; and the common people like Gomorrah.

Ezekiel 34:2: "Woe to the shepherds of Israel who feed themselves! Shouldn't shepherd shepherds apart the sheep?"
