Psalms, 108

2. O God, do not be silent toward my praise, for the mouth of the sinner and the mouth of the deceitful one have been opened against me.

Psalm 108 is a combination of parts of Psalms 57 and 60, where the psalmist David expresses his confidence in God and asks for help in difficult times. He begins with praise to God and then asks him to help him in his battles. Here are five verses related to the topics covered in Psalm 108:

Psalm 57:7: "My heart is firm, O God, my heart is firm; I will sing and praise!" This verse is similar to the beginning of Psalm 108, where the psalmist expresses his desire to sing and praise God.
