Ezekiel, 14

9. And if the prophet be deceived and speak a word, I, the LORD, have deceived that prophet, and I will stretch out my hand against him, and will destroy him from the midst of my people Israel.

Proverbs 1:28-29: "Then they will call me, but I will not answer; they will seek me, but they will not find me. For they bored science and did not prefer the fear of the Lord." This verse shows that those who despise the wisdom and fear of the Lord will not have their prayers heard.
