Isaiah, 46

7. They carry him on their shoulders, supporting him, and they set him in his place. And he will stand still and will not move from his place. But even when they will cry out to him, he will not hear. He will not save them from tribulation.

Hebrews 13:8: "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, and today, and eternally." This verse talks about the immutability of Jesus Christ, which is the same theme as Isaiah 46, where God emphasizes that He is the same since the beginning of time and will always fulfill His promises.
