Psalm 29 is a song of worship that extols the majesty and the power of God manifested in nature, especially in the storm. Following are five verses from other Bible books that relate to the topics covered in Psalm 29.
Job 38:25-27: "Who has opened channels to the torrents of the flood, and a way to the lightning of the thunder, to water the desert and arid land, and to grow the grass in it?" " This verse describes the vision of John of the throne of God in heaven, surrounded by powerful natural phenomena, including thunder and a sea of glass.
