Psalm 115:3: "But our God is in heaven; He does everything that pleases Him." This verse talks about the sovereignty and the power of God, which is the same theme as Isaiah 46.

Hebrews 13:8: "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, and today, and eternally." This verse talks about the immutability of Jesus Christ, which is the same theme as Isaiah 46, where God emphasizes that He is the same since the beginning of time and will always fulfill His promises.
