1 Kings 7:13-14: "He sent him to work in gold, silver and bronze, in cut, in claw stones, and in carpentry, and in all kinds of artistic work. And it was found in his art a great skill in working with gold, silver and bronze. " These verses describe Hiram, the artisan sent by Hiram, king of Tire, to work on the construction of the temple.
