Isaiah, 35

10. And the ransomed of the LORD shall return, and come to Zion with singing; everlasting joy shall be upon their heads; they shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.

Isaiah 35 is a chapter that talks about the restoration of the earth and the joy of God's people. The prophet Isaiah describes a scenario in which the desert blooms and joy replaces sadness.
