Isaiah, 46

7. They lift it on their shoulders and carry it, and put it down where it is meant to stand, so that it never moves from the spot. You may cry out to it in distress, it never replies, it never saves anyone in trouble.

Hebrews 13:8: "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, and today, and eternally." This verse talks about the immutability of Jesus Christ, which is the same theme as Isaiah 46, where God emphasizes that He is the same since the beginning of time and will always fulfill His promises.
