Isaiah, 31

4. For thus the Lord has spoken: Just as a lion or a lion cub growls over its prey and is neither frightened nor disturbed by the shouts of the shepherd, so will Yahweh Sabaoth descend to fight on Mount Zion.

Psalm 20:7 - "Some trust cars, some in horses; we, we will mention the name of the Lord our God." This verse highlights the importance of trust in God rather than trusting human forces, as is Isaiah 31.

Proverbs 21:31 - "The horse prepares for battle day, but victory comes from the Lord." Like Isaiah 31, this verse highlights the importance of trusting God for victory rather than trusting human forces.

Jeremiah 17:5-6 - "Thus saith the Lord: Damn the man who trusts in man, and makes the flesh his arm, and separate his heart of the Lord!
