Psalms, 40

11. I have not locked up in my heart your saving help, but have spoken about it - your deliverance and your faithfulness; I have made no secret of your truth and your kindness in the great assembly.

Psalm 40 is an expression of trust in God and gratitude for your help in difficult times. He begins with David talking about how God took him out of a "well of destruction" and placed his feet on a firm rock. " This verse talks about the importance of prayer and gratitude, and how this can bring peace and comfort in difficult times.
