Jeremiah, 16

11. then you shall say to them: `Because your fathers have forsaken me, says the LORD, and have gone after other gods and have served and worshiped them, and have forsaken me and have not kept my law,

" This verse talks about how God's lack of knowledge can lead to the destruction of the people.

Zechariah 7:12: "They made their hard hearts as a diamond, so as not to hear the law and the words that the Lord of hosts had sent for His Spirit through the ancient prophets, so came the great wrath of the Lord of hosts . " This verse talks about how resistance to God's words can lead to God's wrath and its punishment.
