Jeremiah, 11

10. They are returned to the former iniquities of their fathers, who refused to hear my words: so these likewise have gone after strange gods, to serve them: the house of Israel, and the house of Juda have made void my covenant, which I made with their fathers.

Ezekiel 16:59-60: "For thus says the Lord God, I will do to you as you did, who despised the oath, violating the covenant. However, I will remember my covenant with you in the days of your youth, and establish an eternal covenant with you . " This verse speaks of God's faithfulness to his covenant, even when his people do not fulfill it, and his promise of an eternal covenant with them.

Psalm 25:10: "All the ways of the Lord are mercy and truth to those who keep their covenant and their testimonies." This verse speaks of the importance of obedience to the covenant with God and the promise of mercy and truth to those who keep it.
