Luke, 24

44. And he said unto them, These [are] the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and [in] the prophets, and [in] the psalms, concerning me.

John 11:25-26: "I am the resurrection and life. He who believes in me, even though he dies, will live; and all who lives and believes in me will not die, eternally." 1 Corinthians 15:17: "And if Christ has not risen, it is vain for your faith, and you are still in your sins." These words of Paul show the importance of Jesus' resurrection as the basis for the Christian faith and for the salvation of sins.
