1. God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

2. Dio è per noi rifugio e presidio, grande aiuto s'è mostrato nell'angustia.

2. Therefore we will not fear though the earth should change, though the mountains shake in the heart of the sea;

3. Per questo non temeremmo se si sconvolgesse la terra, se precipitassero i monti in seno al mare.
