10. So they sent the ark of God to Ekron. But when the ark of God came to Ekron, the people of Ekron cried out, "They have brought around to us the ark of the God of Israel to slay us and our people."

We are stronger than Him? " This verse emphasizes the importance of not mixing worship with God with pagan practices or worship with idols.
