Job, 2

11. Now when Job's three friends heard of all this evil that had come upon him, they came each from his own place, Eli'phaz the Te'manite, Bildad the Shuhite, and Zophar the Na'amathite. They made an appointment together to come to condole with him and comfort him.

For the Lord rebukes whom he loves, as the Father, to the Son to whom he wants well." This verse talks about divine correction, which may include suffering and trials. This is relevant to the story of Job, which is being tested by God.

Romans 8:28: "We know that all things cooperate for the good of those who love God, those who are called according to their purpose." This verse talks about how God can even use suffering for the good of those who love and serve Him. This is relevant to the situation of Job, which is being tested in his faithfulness to God.
