Ezekiel, 32

26. Meshech and Tubal are in that place, with all their multitude. Their graves are all around him: all these are uncircumcised, and they were slain and fell by the sword. For they spread their terror in the land of the living.

Isaiah 19:16: "In that day the Egyptians shall be like women; they shall shake and fear before the strong hand of the Lord of hosts, which he will raise against them." This verse talks about the fear that Egypt will feel before the power of God in his defeat.
