Ezekiel, 14

9. And when a prophet has gone astray and has spoken a word: I, the Lord, have deceived that prophet. And I will extend my hand over him, and I will wipe him away from the midst of my people, Israel.

Proverbs 1:28-29: "Then they will call me, but I will not answer; they will seek me, but they will not find me. For they bored science and did not prefer the fear of the Lord." This verse shows that those who despise the wisdom and fear of the Lord will not have their prayers heard.
