Ezekiel, 21

14. Thou therefore, O son of man, prophesy, and strike thy hands together, and let the sword be doubled, and let the sword of the slain be tripled: this is the sword of a great slaughter, that maketh them stand amazed,

Ezekiel 21 is a chapter that deals with God's judgment against Jerusalem and the sword of God that will be used to execute his judgment. Isaiah 34:5: "For my sword has been drunk in heaven; behold, she will come down over Edom, and the people of my anathema to perform judgment." Jeremiah 23:24: "Will anyone hide in hiding places, so that I do not see him? In this verse, God talks about His omnipresence and how He sees everything. In Ezekiel chapter 21, God is observing the situation in Jerusalem and planning his action as the omnipresent and omniscient god.
