Isaiah, 23

15. And this shall be in that day: you, O Tyre, will be forgotten for seventy years, like the days of one king. Then, after seventy years, there will be, for Tyre, something like the canticle of a harlot.

Ezekiel 26:3 - "Therefore, thus saith the Lord God, Behold, I am against you, O shot, and I will make many nations go up against you, as the sea makes your waves up."
