Baruch, 6

40. Even the Chaldeans themselves have no respect for them; for when they see a deaf mute, incapable of speech, they bring forward Bel and ask the god to make noise, as though the man could understand;

Baruc 6 is the last chapter of the book of Baruc and deals with the worship of idols and the importance of true worship of God.
