Joshua, 13

21. And all the cities of the plain, and all the kingdoms of Sehon king of the Amorrhites, that reigned in Hesebon, whom Moses slew with the princes of Madian: Hevi, and Recem, and Sur and Hur, and Rebe, dukes of Sehon inhabitants of the land.

This verse speaks of God's command for the Israelites to enter the land of Canaan and possess it. This order was fulfilled by Joshua and his army, and the lands were distributed between the tribes.

Numbers 34:17: "These are the names of the men who will share the earth among you, Eleazar, the priest, and Joshua, son of Num." This verse speaks of Joshua's choice to lead the distribution of the land of Canaan among the tribes of Israel. Joshua was God's chosen leader for this important task.

Deuteronomy 33:21: "And of Naphtali said, Naphtali, plenty of satisfaction, and full of the blessing of the Lord; takes possession of the sea and the south." This verse speaks of God's blessing about the tribe of Naphtali. In the distribution of the land of Canaan, this tribe received a generous portion of land.
