Jeremiah, 3

12. Go and shout this message to the north: Come back, unfaithful Israel - it is Yahweh who speaks - I will not let my anger fall on you for I am merciful, I will not be angry forever.

Deuteronomy 30:2: "Then if they turn to the Lord, His God, and obey with all their hearts and all their souls, according to all that I command them today, the Lord, His God, will bless them." This verse shows that God's blessing comes to those who repent and obey Him with all their hearts.
