Ezra, 6

3. “In the first year of king Cyrus, Cyrus the king decreed that the house of God, which is in Jerusalem, shall be built in the place where they immolate victims, and that they should set the foundations so as to support a height of sixty cubits and a width of sixty cubits,

Chapter 6 of Ezra begins with King Darius confirming the decree of Ciro for the reconstruction of the temple in Jerusalem and ordering to be completed. Judah's enemies try to prevent construction again, but this time Governor Tatenai consults King Darius and receives order to allow the work to continue. This verse talks about how God has control over the hearts of kings and can include them according to their will.
