Zechariah, 6

6. The black horses are leaving for the land of the north; the white are following them, and the piebald are leaving for the land of the south.'

Psalm 72:17: "Your name is blessed forever; as long as the sun lasts, your name remains; all peoples are blessed in him; all nations call him happy." This verse talks about the blessing that Messiah will bring to all nations of the earth, something that Zechariah also highlights in his vision.
