Amos, 4

13. For, lo, he that formeth the mountains, and createth the wind, and declareth unto man what [is] his thought, that maketh the morning darkness, and treadeth upon the high places of the earth, The LORD, The God of hosts, [is] his name.

Chapter 4 of the book of Amos is a message of rebuke to Israel for its disobedience and lack of repentance. Amos 4:14- "Seek good and not evil, that you may live; and thus the Lord, the God of hosts, will be with you, as you say," God urges Israel to seek good and avoid evil, showing that only So he will be with them and bless their lives.
