Amos, 4

7. Therefore, I have withheld the rains from you, when there were still three months left until the harvest. And I rained on one city, and I did not rain on another city; one part was rained on, and the part on which I did not rain, dried out.

Chapter 4 of the book of Amos is a message of rebuke to Israel for its disobedience and lack of repentance. Amos 4:14- "Seek good and not evil, that you may live; and thus the Lord, the God of hosts, will be with you, as you say," God urges Israel to seek good and avoid evil, showing that only So he will be with them and bless their lives.
