3. And he expelled its inhabitants, setting them to work with saws, iron picks and axes. David treated all the Ammonite towns in the same way. David and all the people then returned to Jerusalem.

Chapter 20 of 1 Chronicles records King David's victories over the Philistines and other enemies of Israel. David led the Israeli army in various battles and won several cities. Below are five verses related to the topics covered in this chapter:

2 Samuel 21:15 - "Still the Philistines made war to Israel; and came down David, and with him his servants, and fought against the Philistines; and David tired." This verse shows the continuation of the fight against the Philistines, mentioned in 1 Chronicles 20.
