Jeremiah, 51

Chapter 51 of Jeremiah talks about the fall and destruction of Babylon, which will be punished by God because of his arrogance and cruelty. The prophet Jeremiah is sent to proclaim the destruction of Babylon and encourage God's people to leave the city before it is too late. Here are five verses related to the topics addressed in Jeremiah 51:
Isaiah 44:27: "I am the one who says about Cyrus, 'He is my pastor and will accomplish all that pleases me; He will say of Jerusalem," Be rebuilt, "and of the temple:" His foundations be released. " . " This verse speaks of God's prophecy about Cyrus, the Persian king who will defeat Babylon and allow God's people to return to Jerusalem and rebuild the temple.
Revelation 18:4: "Then I heard another voice from the heavens that said, 'Get out of it, my people, so that you do not participate in your sins and do not suffer from your pests.'" This verse speaks of God's call to your people Getting out of Babylon before it is too late and suffering divine punishment.
Psalm 137:8-9: "Daughter of Babylon, destined for destruction, happily the one who repay you the evil that you made us. Happy the one who takes your children and crushing them against the stones!" This verse speaks of divine justice that will be done with Babylon because of its cruelty and oppression to God's people.
Isaiah 13:19: "Babylon, the jewel of the kingdoms, glory and pride of the Chaldeans, will be like Sodom and Gomorrah when God destroyed them." This verse speaks of the fall of Babylon, which will be punished for its arrogance and sins against God.
Jeremiah 50:46: "Listen to the cry of Babylon; the sound of great destruction comes from the land of the Chaldeans." This verse speaks of the imminent destruction of Babylon and the cry that will be heard throughout the earth.
