Isaiah, 58

14. Then shalt thou be delighted in the Lord, and I will lift thee up above the high places of the earth, and will feed thee with the inheritance of Jacob thy father. For the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it.

Isaiah 58 is a chapter that deals with true religiosity and fasting that pleases God. The people of Israel were performing their religious rituals, but they were not practicing justice and mercy, which was God's true objective.
