Mark, 10

21. Then Jesus looked steadily at him and loved him and he said, "For you, one thing is lacking. Go, sell what you have and give the money to the poor, and you will have riches in heaven. Then come and follow me."

Finally, a rich young man approaches Jesus and asks what he should do to inherit eternal life, and Jesus tells him to sell everything he has and follow him.

Proverbs 22:6: "Teaches the child on the path where he should walk, and even when he is elderly he will not deviate from him." This verse highlights the importance of teaching and guiding children, a message emphasized by Jesus in St. Mark 10.

Matthew 19:21: "Jesus answered, If you want to be perfect, go, sell everything you have, and give it to the poor and have a treasure in heaven. Then come and follow me."
