Amos, 9

6. who builds his upper chambers in the heavens, and founds his vault upon the earth; who calls for the waters of the sea, and pours them out upon the surface of the earth -- the LORD is his name.

Amos 9 is the final chapter of the book of Amos, and in him the prophet presents God's vision about the future of Israel and his promise of restoration and blessings. " This verse talks about the abundance that God promised Israel after its restoration, which relates to the promise of Amos 9:13-14.
