Nehemiah, 3

15. Shallum, son of Colhozeh, ruler of the district of Mizpah, worked at the Fountain Gate; he built it, covered it, and set its doors, bolts and bars in place. He also rebuilt the wall of the conduit cistern, adjoining the king's garden, as far as the steps coming down from the Citadel of David.

This verse speaks of the reconstruction of the outer wall of the city of Jerusalem, which was also made during the Old Testament time.

Psalm 122:7: "There is peace within your walls, security in your palaces." This psalm speaks of the importance of peace within the walls of the Holy City of Jerusalem.

Nehemiah 4:6: "We therefore rebuilt the wall, and the whole wall was united by half; for the people worked at work." This verse shows progress in the reconstruction of the wall and the union of the people around this great work.
