Luke, 9

48. Then he said to them, "Whoever welcomes this little child in my name welcomes me; and whoever welcomes me, welcomes the one who sent me. And listen: the one who is found to be the least among you all, is the one who is the greatest."

Chapter 9 of St. Luke begins with Jesus by sending his twelve disciples to preach the Kingdom of God and to perform healing and miracles in his name. He later feeds five thousand people with only five breads and two fish, reveals to his disciples that he will suffer and be killed, and teaches about the importance of humility and commitment to him. John 14:6 - "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father but for me.'" This verse is similar to the teaching of Jesus in Luke 9:50, where he says to his disciples, "He who is not against us is for us."
