Jeremiah, 51

25. I am against you, ravaging mountain, ravager of the whole earth! It is Yahweh who speaks. I will lay my hands on you, roll you down over the crags, and make you a parched, eroded mountain.

Jeremiah 50:46: "Listen to the cry of Babylon; the sound of great destruction comes from the land of the Chaldeans." This verse speaks of the imminent destruction of Babylon and the cry that will be heard throughout the earth.
