Jeremiah, 51

12. Raise a flag on the walls of Babylon, and make the watch strong. Post guards, prepare an ambush! Yahweh will carry out his purpose, his words against the people of Babylon.

Jeremiah 50:46: "Listen to the cry of Babylon; the sound of great destruction comes from the land of the Chaldeans." This verse speaks of the imminent destruction of Babylon and the cry that will be heard throughout the earth.
