Jeremiah, 49

28. A message concerning Kedar and the kingdoms of Hazor, which Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon attacked. This is what Yahweh says: "Arise and attack Kedar, destroy the people of the east!

This verse talks about the hostility that Edom showed to Israel, which will lead the nation to receive God's wrath in Jeremiah 49.
