Isaiah, 36

22. Then Eliakim with Shebna and Joah came to Hezekiah with their clothes torn and told him what the field commander had said.

Isaiah 36 narrates the story of Senaqueribe, king of Assyria, who sent his commander to intimidate and threaten the people of Judah, including King Hezekiah, in order to conquer Jerusalem.
