Isaiah, 18

7. At that time gifts will be brought to the LORD of hosts from a people tall and smooth, from a people feared near and far, a nation mighty and conquering, whose land the rivers divide, to Mount Zion, the place of the name of the LORD of hosts.

Isaiah 18 deals with Isaiah's prophetic vision about Ethiopia. The chapter begins with a description of the earth that is inhabited by a tall and slender people who live along the banks of the rivers. Sophons 3:10: "From beyond the rivers of Ethiopia, my worshipers, my dispersion, will bring me offers." This verse refers to God's worshipers from Ethiopia who will bring him offers.
