Isaïe, 12

1. Et tu diras en ce jour-là: Je te loue, Yahweh, car tu étais irrité, mais ta colère s'est détournée et tu me consoles,

1. On that day, you will say: I give you thanks, O LORD; though you have been angry with me, your anger has abated, and you have consoled me.

2. Voici le Dieu de ma délivrance ; j'ai confiance et te ne crains pas ; car ma force et ma louange c'est Yahweh, Yahweh; Il a été pour moi le salut --

2. God indeed is my savior; I am confident and unafraid. My strength and my courage is the LORD, and he has been my savior.

3. Vous puiserez des eaux avec joie aux sources du salut, et vous direz en ce jour-là:

3. With joy you will draw water at the fountain of salvation,

4. Louez Yahweh, invoquez son nom, publiez parmi les peuples ses grandes oeuvres, proclamez que son nom est élevé.

4. and say on that day: Give thanks to the LORD, acclaim his name; among the nations make known his deeds, proclaim how exalted is his name.

5. Chantez Yahweh, Car il a fait des choses magnifiques; qu'on le sache dans toute la terre!

5. Sing praise to the LORD for his glorious achievement; let this be known throughout all the earth.

6. Pousse des cris, tressaille d'allégresse, habitante de Sion, car le Saint d'Israël est grand au milieu de toi!

6. Shout with exultation, O city of Zion, for great in your midst is the Holy One of Israel!
