Jeremiah 6:13-14: "For from the smallest of them to the largest, each one gives himself to greed; and from the prophet to the priest, each one practices falsehood. Jeremiah 2:11: "Did you change any nation to their gods, even if they were not gods? But my people exchanged their glory for what is of no use." This verse highlights the idolatry of the people of Judah, who has abandoned the true God to worship worthless idols.
