John, 8

14. Jesus answered and said to them, "Even if I do testify on my own behalf, my testimony can be verified, because I know where I came from and where I am going. But you do not know where I come from or where I am going.

In John 8, Jesus is in Jerusalem and confronts religious leaders who bring him a woman accused of adultery. Jesus then argues with the Pharisees about who has the right to stoned women and makes several teachings about their divine nature and human sin.
