Numbers, 12

14. But the LORD said to Moses, "If her father had but spit in her face, should she not be shamed seven days? Let her be shut up outside the camp seven days, and after that she may be brought in again."

Numbers 12 reports a situation in which Miriam and Aaron, sister and brother of Moses, begin to speak ill of Moses because of his Cuxita wife. John 7:16-18: "Jesus answered: My doctrine is not mine, but from the one who sent me. If anyone wants to do his will, by the same doctrine he will know if he is from God, or if I speak of myself. Whoever speaks of himself seeks his own glory, but what seeks the glory of the one who sent him, this is true, and there is no injustice in him. " This verse mentions the relationship between the authority of Jesus and the will of God. It can be related to Miriam and Aaron's criticism of Moses' authority and his relationship with God.
