Numbers, 10

29. And Moses said to Hobab the son of Raguel the Midianite, his kinsman: “We are setting out to the place which the Lord will give to us. Come with us, so that we may do good to you. For the Lord has promised good things to Israel.”

Numbers 10 describes the preparation of the children of Israel to leave Mount Sinai toward the promised land. The chapter includes instructions for manufacturing two silver trumpets to be used as signals for the congregation.
