Isaiah, 18

3. All inhabitants of the world, you who dwell upon the earth: when the sign will have been elevated on the mountains, you will see, and you will hear the blast of the trumpet.

Isaiah 18 deals with Isaiah's prophetic vision about Ethiopia. The chapter begins with a description of the earth that is inhabited by a tall and slender people who live along the banks of the rivers. Then the prophet talks about the message God has to the Ethiopian people and how this message will be delivered. The following verses are related to the topics addressed in Isaiah 18:

Psalm 68:31: "Princes will come from Egypt; Ethiopia will soon extend to God his hands." This verse indicates that Ethiopia will seek God and turn to Him.
